From racing go-karts to leading recruitment drives - discover how this unique combination drives my success.As a seasoned professional with over 19 years of experience, I have had the privilege of serving as a recruitment consultant at an executive search firm, a head of recruitment at a corporate entity, and even found myself in the shoes of a job seeker.
Throughout my journey, I have continuously helped organizations build resilient teams, manage their talent effectively, offered counsel to managers in selecting prospective employees, and identified the most suitable candidates for a variety of roles.
My multifaceted professional exposure spans across several sectors including banking, finance, digital technology, tourism, industry, fast-moving consumer goods, and consulting. This diversity has further enriched my expertise in understanding and operating within multinational organizations and human-scale structures at an international layer, particularly within multicultural dimensions.
In 2005, I had the honor of receiving my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Edhec Business School in Nice, France. Three years later, I earned an Executive Master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from the esteemed SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan, Italy. My educational journey further continued, resulting in an ACSTH certified coaching diploma from the International Mozaik in Paris, France.
In addition to my accomplishments, I am multilingual with proficiency in Italian, French, English, and Spanish.
Furthemore, as a race kart driver and sports enthusiast, I have developed a firm belief that self-awareness is the cornerstone for achieving one's objectives in life. This strong belief fuels my professional approach and enables me to support others in their respective journeys. I look forward to continuing my professional growth and helping others do the same.
